Today was our last day with Danusa. Total bummer. For the last 3 months, Danusa has been our night nurse and an integral part of our family. She has had the unenviable task of taking the 10pm-7am shift during the weekdays - enabling Megan and Kevin to get some semblance of rest. Her help has been invaluable.
Originally, we had planned to have some professional help for only 4 weeks. However, once we saw just how difficult the task was and how proficient Danusa is at her work, we kept extending and extending the timeline. In fact, Kevin cooked the books excessively to justify the cost. If Family Roberts had been a public company, Kevin would most certainly be standing trial next to Bernard Madoff.
We thank Danusa for all her help, her professionalism, and the wonderful nurturing she has provided our babies in the first few months of their lives. We will miss her dearly.
