It has finally happened. Our flat has become baby friendly with the help of gates, outlet covers, window stops, etc. Kevbo did an awesome job and now we can rest easy that our babies are much safer in our home. Luckily, the babies LOVE the gates. : )
Ok, we know it was LONG overdue but Megan couldn’t bring herself to cut his beautiful, long, blonde baby hair. He was so cute sporting his cool, California surfer dude hairstyle but when it started covering his eyes and getting into his mouth, Megan caved and Jack had his first haircut.
Thankfully Nonnie and her trusty scissors were on hand to make it all happen. THANK YOU NONNIE!
Jack did awesome and sat still (with the help/distraction of a hunk of French bread) for about 5 minutes while Nonnie worked her magic. The most critical part, the front, was cut off first and then the next day Megan cut the hair over his ears and in the back.
We have saved his fine, blonde, baby hair for his baby book too!

Seriously, this year has flown by. We can’t believe that our tiny, 6 pound babies are already 10 months! They are literally toddlers now and not our little babies anymore. They feed themselves, crawl around, play together and independently, pull-up on anything that is stationery, Jack is standing on his own for 30 seconds at a time and Siena is not far behind him. Here are some pictures of all of us playing at our local park.
We owe a huge THANK YOU to Tony, Gigi, The Dobson Family and Nonnie & Papa for taking such good care of our babies while we went to Martha’s Vineyard for Moh & Brooke Palizi’s wedding. Seems like we can leave anytime as the twins didn’t miss us a bit! Good news for us and even better news for our families. : )
