Chrissy Field

We took the twins down to Chrissy Field today for a little fun in the sun.  They did great and loved pulling up all the grass.  Here are a few pictures of our summertime babies.

Happy Father's Day

Happy 1st Father's Day to Kevbo!  Before Kevin headed off to Ireland today (for work), we were able to spoil him a little bit for his first Father's Day.  The babies surprised their Dad with a new picture frame with their sweet faces inside and a new children's book called Me & My Dad.

Nana & Papa came down on Saturday and we all watched the U.S. Open together on TV  (bummer Phil lost).  Then, after the babies were asleep, Kevin & Megan went out for a nice dinner to Joe DiMaggio's in North Beach followed by coffee and dessert at Cafe Grecco.  Thank you Nana & Papa for babysitting and giving the new parents a night off.

Seven Months

Oh my goodness, we are already at seven months!! Where did the time go???  Jack and Siena continue to amaze us with their sweet personalities, smiles, giggles and adventurous spirits.  We love seeing the learn, grow, explore and have fun every day.  They are a very special joy in our lives.  We are truly blessed and wish we could hold onto this time forever. 

Playing Together

Now that the twins are sitting up pretty well, they are starting to interact more with each other and "play together."  Surrounded by pillows, should someone tip over, the twins played together before bedtime.  It's pretty fun to watch them as they discover one another, try to "talk" to each other and reach out their hands to explore.

 

New Addition to the Family

Thank goodness for Ana Higgins!  We have been blessed with a new addition to our family, our nanny, Ana Higgins.  The babies immediately took to her and are big smiles whenever she is around.  She is kind, gentle, hard working, fun, loving, overly helpful around the house, sweet, etc.  We could go on forever.  We are very grateful to have her be a part of our family.  Thank you Ana!!!

Nana & Papa Visit

Nana & Papa are wonderful and come often to visit all of us.  Ok, who's kidding, they come to see Jack & Siena but we are ok with that. ; )  We spent the afternoon playing with and feeding the babies.  Thank you Nana & Papa for always coming to visit us in the City!  We love you! 

Jack Sits Up on His Own

Today Jack sat up on his own for the first time!!!  GO JACK! He has been working very hard on it and would stay sitting for a few seconds on his own but today he sat on his own for at least 10 minutes.  He has figured out how to catch himself before he tips over.  He loves playing with his Dad and his toys.
